AnimSync

The system facilitates extensive planning, reviewing, and versioning of animation assets within game development workflows by providing requirement graphs, frame-accurate video reviews, and 3D previews, ensuring alignment between artistic assets and technical specifications. Its main features include immutable version control, detailed annotation capabilities on video frames and 3D models, shared animation set management with transition and interrupt rules, and flexible deployment options via cloud or self-hosted environments, solving problems related to inconsistent asset versions, inefficient review cycles, and lack of precise traceability for animation production. Designed for technical animators, animation programmers, and game development teams, it streamlines collaboration, enhances review accuracy, and accelerates the production pipeline from initial planning to final implementation.
