• If we already take orders through several channels, how does Cuscato prevent duplicate or missed orders when they come in at the same time?

  Cuscato brings all your orders into one live order board: online orders from your own shop page, QR table orders, counter sales and orders your staff take. Every screen your team uses shows the same board, so nothing needs to be copied between systems.

  Duplicate orders: Each order is saved exactly once. If a customer taps “Place Order” twice, or their connection drops and the page retries, Cuscato returns the original order instead of creating a second one.

  Orders arriving at the same moment: Simultaneous orders are processed one at a time. Two customers can’t both buy the last item in stock or book the same time slot. The second customer is told it’s no longer available before paying.

  Missed orders: Every new order rings and appears instantly on all staff screens and the kitchen screen. If a device goes offline briefly, it catches up automatically when it reconnects, so orders placed during the outage still appear. The kitchen screen can also print tickets automatically.

  Orders from your other channels: For orders that come in by phone, by message or in person, your staff add them to Cuscato in a few taps and tag where they came from (Phone, Message or Walk-in). They then share the same board, numbering, stock and reports as your online orders, and your reports show the split by channel.

  Orders taken in a separate system, such as a third-party delivery app or another ordering platform, aren’t connected to Cuscato yet. While you use both, those orders stay in that system, and stock sold there isn’t deducted in Cuscato automatically. Many businesses move their direct orders to their own Cuscato shop page, which also saves them the commission those apps charge.
