This scheduling system automates and streamlines the complex process of creating fair and efficient work rotas for healthcare teams, particularly anesthesia groups. Its main features include uploading current schedules, identifying clinicians and shifts, automating assignment based on customizable fairness and rule-based algorithms, reviewing and approving shift requests via mobile or desktop, and providing fairness reports to ensure equitable workload distribution. Designed for healthcare administrators, schedulers, and clinicians, it addresses the problem of time-consuming manual scheduling, reduces human error, ensures compliance with workers' rights and contractual obligations, and enhances transparency and fairness in shift allocation.
