PreFab Photonics

The SaaS simulates the fabrication of photonic chips using accurate process models from foundries, allowing designers to predict the effects of lithography, etching, and process variations before manufacturing. Key features include fabrication-aware optimization, integration of manufacturing constraints into the design workflow, and the ability to pre-compensate designs for known fabrication biases, ultimately solving the problem of high failure rates in initial fabrication runs and streamlining the development process for engineers and researchers in the photonics field.
