OTI is a browser-native wildfire simulation and sensor platform built for disconnected environments. It combines remote sensor detection, terrain-following wind modeling, fuel data and etc to generate probabilistic fire spread projections that incident commanders can run from any device with a web browser. Users can test mitigation actions such as firelines, fuel breaks, and burnout operations across hundreds of simulation runs to compare tactical outcomes. The SaaS can operate fully offline on edge hardware, so crews maintain real-time intelligence when cell networks fail.
