CUVM

This secure, cloud-based platform serves as a centralized vendor document repository, storing contracts, documents, and vendor contacts in one accessible location while delivering a extensive vendor management and due diligence distribution workflow; key features include a fully compliant vendor risk rating guide that auto-populates a risk score from answers to four questions in the risk tab, layered permission-based access with roles from Client Administrator to Auditor/View-Only, dedicated personal service with an assigned analyst, and built-in disaster recovery capabilities. By eliminating fragmented records, manual tracking, and compliance gaps, it streamlines document management, risk evaluation, notifications, and reporting for audits and exams, serving financial institutions, credit unions, mortgage lenders, and service organizations nationwide.
