ExtraEye

This automated inspection system is designed to ensure the accuracy and quality of printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies from the initial stage through ongoing production by providing rapid, reliable, and precise first article inspections. Its main features include quick program creation in under a minute, automatic detection and inspection of multiple identical components and multi-board panels, instant comparison to reference (golden) boards, and extensive documentation generation, all while minimizing human error and reducing time-to-market. It addresses challenges such as human inspection inaccuracies, lengthy setup times, and high defect rates, making it ideal for manufacturers and electronic assemblers seeking cost-effective, high-quality PCB production with reduced rework, improved yield, and streamlined quality control processes.
