Questions and answers

• How do you keep the front and back of each design aligned when duplex printing, especially if the printer shifts the sheet slightly?

PrintGrid Pro Desktop has built-in printer calibration. You calibrate your printer, save the profile, and the app remembers it for that printer, paper size and orientation. With the matching calibration enabled in the print review, later jobs automatically reuse those corrections to position the artwork on the front and back. You do not need to enter them again each time. There are also X/Y adjustments for fine-tuning the back-side position. We recommend a test sheet before a batch, since saved calibration can correct a consistent offset but cannot prevent random variation in paper feeding.
