Questions and answers

• What happens if a reminder is missed while the phone is powered off, and will Pillbo alert me when it turns back on?

Pillbo needs your phone to be on to remind you, so if it’s off at dose time, you might miss that first reminder.

It does keep trying, though. If you haven’t logged the dose, Pillbo reminds you again 2 hours later, then once more 8 hours after the dose time. As long as your phone is back on by then, those come through like normal. And when you open the app, the 'Today' tab shows the dose as late or missed, so you can log it then.

If anyone follows your profile, they still get their late and missed alerts while your phone is off.
