Most people believe the problem is picking the right platform, that switching from
WordPress to Webflow, or from Webflow to something "custom," will fix their speed, maintenance, or lost-lead problems. Working with dozens of brokers and companies across the U.S., from landlords to people selling
retail, multifamily, or 1031 exchange properties, I saw that the real problem is almost never the platform. It's that none of those solutions were actually built around how someone in CRE really works. They end up paying for generic sites, forced to fit their needs, instead of something designed from the ground up for their industry.
I used to think the fix was finding the "right" tool too, until I saw the same breakdowns happen on every platform I tried. The real fix wasn't a better tool; it was building something around the actual workflow of a
broker or landlord, how they update listings, how they track leads, how they need things to just work without a developer on call.
