How reviews work
Reviews on SaaS Browser help buyers learn from real users. Anyone can write a review, and you don't need an account.
Writing a review
- Open the product's profile and click "Write a review".
- Give an overall rating from one to five stars, add a title, and describe your experience.
- Enter your name and email address. Your email is only used for verification and is never displayed. You can also choose to display your review anonymously.
- Complete the security check and click "Submit Review".
We'll email you a link to verify your review. The link is valid for 72 hours. Once you've verified it, please allow up to 48 hours for your review to be published.
Review guidelines
To keep reviews helpful and trustworthy, reviews must be written in English, and must not include links, email addresses, or offensive language. You can review each product once, and submit up to three reviews in 30 days.
We check every review before publishing it. Reviews written by a product's own team are rejected, and reviews that look like they might come from a competitor are checked by our team.
For SaaS owners
If you've claimed your profile, we'll email you whenever a new review is submitted or published. You can also collect reviews from your customers and manage your reviews.
