This REST API for aviation weather aggregates and parses METAR, TAF, PIREP, NOTAM, and inflight advisories (such as turbulence, icing, and thunderstorms), offers 24-hour inflight forecasts for areas within five nautical miles of airports or reporting stations, and returns clean, corrected data in JSON, XML, or YAML. Main features include station metadata with coordinates and runway data, text or location-based search and flight-path queries, cross-platform parsing outputs, optional translation and text-to-speech, access to official and regional weather feeds, open-source code and documentation, and tiered pricing with a free basic METAR/TAF parser and paid plans for extended capabilities, designed to help pilots, flight planners, developers, schools, and IoT or mobile apps reliably plan routes, avoid adverse weather, automate weather data handling, and improve safety and efficiency.
