FlowRelay

FlowRelay is an application designed to enable automated, fully customizable email communications within Shopify workflows by integrating with your preferred email service providers using API or SMTP protocols. Its main features include native Shopify Flow integration with no need for additional coding or third-party tools, customizable email content using Liquid variables to insert dynamic order or customer details, and delivery tracking that monitors whether each email is successfully delivered, bounced, or marked as spam, along with automatic failover between primary and backup email providers. It addresses the need for reliable, branded transactional and notification emails such as order confirmations, account alerts, or internal notifications for e-commerce businesses, marketing teams, customer support, and store owners seeking increased control, transparency, and seamless automation of their email communication processes.

FlowRelay can be found in Transactional Email & Email API categories.
