• How do you handle audit evidence and corrective actions when an audit spans several standards, sites, and teams, so nothing is duplicated or missed?

  In Veqrin, you can select criteria from several standards for one audit programme. For each audit, you define the scope, identify the sites and teams involved, and assign an auditor and an approver. The auditor records an outcome and supporting evidence against each criterion, so the approver can see what was actually checked.

  For example, if two sites use the same supplier approval procedure, we’d reference that procedure against each relevant criterion, then identify the orders sampled at each site. That lets you reuse the reference while making clear where you have evidence that the procedure worked in practice.

  If those samples reveal one shared issue, you can raise one finding, describe the affected sites and criteria, and give it one owner and due date. The finding tracks the cause, corrective action, status and completion evidence through to closure. The team decides whether the same fix covers both sites and records how it checked each one. Veqrin keeps that decision traceable. It doesn’t automatically merge findings or assume that evidence from one site covers another.
