Questions and answers

• How do you handle last-minute cancellations so trainers and facilities can fill the open slot and clients aren’t charged incorrectly?

Treneur is a marketplace, so client to trainer interactions are handled directly between the client and the trainer. If Treneur was a staffing agency, then we would have edge case best practices to account for last minute no shows, etc. But in a marketplace environment the client can search for a new trainer and receive an experience more in alignment with their expectations. Competition and a visible rating system will hold trainers accountable for their interactions. The same self governing process as Uber or AirBnB where the supply has to offer a high quality service or have their rating drop which would make it less likely to charge high rates or get more customers.
