• What's included in each plan?
  Each plan provides access to advanced features and access to the latest data on SaaS companies.
• Do you offer a free trial?
  We do not offer a free trial, but we do offer a 7-day refund policy, allowing you to try us risk-free.
• Can I change my plan later?
  Absolutely, changing your plan is quick and simple and your change will be pro-rated.
• What does domains per month mean?
  Our plans use a credit system where each domain is worth 1 credit. Each plan has a different number of credits per month. The number of contacts per domain does not count towards your credits.
• Do credits roll over?
  If you subscribe to a monthly plan, credits roll over for 1 month. If you subscribe to an annual plan, you have one year to use your credits.
• Does exporting the same domain multiple times count as multiple credits?
  Once you export a domain, you may export it as many times as you like within 30 days. After 30 days, it will count as a new credit use.
• Do I need to enter my credit card to start?
  We accept multiple forms of payment, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc. If you're having problems with payment, please reach out.
• How does billing work? Monthly or annually?
  We offer both monthly and annual billing, annual comes with a discount.
• What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
  You'll be asked to upgrade to the next plan, alternatively your exports will be blocked.
• Are there any setup or hidden fees?
  There are no setup, hidden or overage fees fees, but a simple monthly or annual subscription fee.
• Is payment secure?
  We use a 3rd party payment processing service who complies with industry best practices.
• Can I cancel anytime?
  Absolutely, you may cancel at anytime.
• Do you offer refunds?
  We offer a 7-day refund from the date of your first subscription payment. Please contact us if you'd like to request a refund. Refunds will be prorated based on the amount of data exported. Please refer to our terms for more information.
• Do you offer customer support?

• Is there an API or integrations?
  We do provide an API to our service, please contact us if you are interested.
• How often do you release new features and add new data?
  We're adding new features all of the time. Our data is updated each month, ensuring you get the best access to SaaS company data.
• What if I need help getting started?

• Can I resell the data?
  Our standard terms to not permit reselling the data, however we do offer reseller terms. Please contact us for more information.
