Questions and answers

• How do you keep availability accurate when multiple branches or vendors update the same billboard, and prevent overlapping holds or confirmed bookings?

Each billboard has one shared calendar for your whole company, so every branch sees the same free and busy dates.

Before a booking or hold is confirmed, the system checks whether those dates are already taken (other clients, campaigns, holds, or maintenance). If they are, it blocks the overlap and you pick different dates.

Other vendors have their own inventory; yours stays separate unless you work together on purpose.
