SteelSense

This system monitors and quantifies screw preload tightness during manufacturing processes by analyzing torque data recorded by common tools, enabling early detection of loose fasteners before final assembly or shipment. Its key features include real-time data collection through existing hardware, automated analysis and flagging of outliers, trend identification across production batches, and integration via API or CSV uploads, addressing issues such as fastener loosening, misalignment, and vibration-induced failures to improve product reliability, safety, and reduce warranty or recall costs for manufacturers, assembly lines, and quality assurance teams.

SteelSense can be found in Load & Performance Testing categories.
