Questions and answers

• What happens if a screen loses its internet connection—does it keep showing its scheduled content, and how does it catch up when it reconnects?

Yes, it keeps playing. Each screen saves a copy of its boards, schedule, images and videos on the device. If the internet drops, the screen keeps showing its content, and it still changes playlists at the scheduled times from its own clock. This also works after a reboot, for up to 72 hours offline.

When the connection comes back, the screen catches up by itself. It downloads any changes you made while it was offline, gets the current state (for example sleep or wake), and uploads its play history. You do not need to do anything.
