I tried posting Verdict Strategy Builder on Reddit once I got to a beta build, but I gained little traction while constantly walking a fine line between different subreddits' self-promotion rules. Trading communities are strict about anything that looks like an ad, so my posts either got buried or felt like I was trying to sneak something past the mods. It just wasn't the right place to show up.
It wasn't until I started targeting the right audience with the correct keywords and interests through Google Ads and
Facebook that I began to pick up traction. Instead of shouting into a forum that didn't want to be sold to, I was putting the product in front of people who were already searching for a way to build and validate NinjaTrader strategies.
That kind of intent-based targeting made all the difference, and it's where I have focused my efforts since the shortcoming of posting Verdict Strategy Builder on various forums.
