Scarlet Loop

The Scarlet Loop Offline Metal Refining Assistant is a extensive tool designed to optimize precious and base-metal scrap refining processes through precise calculations, assay assessments, and yield reconciliation, all performed entirely offline without internet connectivity or cloud storage. Its main features include a specific gravity assay module for alloy identification, a melt planning engine for reagent volume and energy calculation, and a post-melt logger that tracks actual versus predicted yields, helping metal artisans, refining professionals, and metallurgists improve process accuracy and efficiency across multiple refining stages. It solves common challenges such as alloy misidentification, reagent miscalculations, energy management, and loss analysis, providing decision-support for bench-level operators, craftspeople, and small-scale refineries engaged in metal recovery and recycling operations.
