Questions and answers

• If an instructor is unexpectedly unavailable, can we move all their booked lessons to another instructor without losing student notes, payments, or reminders?

Yes. In Drivloop the school owner can give any booked lesson to another instructor from the calendar, at the same time or a new one (Drivloop checks the new instructor is free). Right now it's one lesson at a time, there's no single "move all" button. If you turn an instructor off, all their upcoming lessons are listed together on a "Needs instructor" screen so you can reassign them quickly. Every instructor sees the student's full profile — hours, contact details, permit and all past lesson notes from every instructor — so nothing is lost when lessons move. The student keeps the same payment, the old reminders are cancelled, the student gets a "lesson moved" message with the new instructor's name, and a fresh reminder is set for the new lesson.
