SubIQ

A read-only ServiceNow license-drift diagnostic checks custom tables, inherited roles, and inactive seats to reveal how user activity—not headcount—affects fulfiller license consumption, delivering a written summary your administrator can review and run without installations, data leaving your instance, or changes to users or records. It helps uncover unexplained renewal counts, quantify underused or miscounted licenses, and prepare for renewal negotiations, serving platform owners and architects, software asset and license managers, ITSM managers, and IT directors.
