Questions and answers

• How does the assistant handle ambiguous requests, such as a client asking to move an appointment without specifying a new time?

Regi is designed to ask for clarification rather than make assumptions. If someone requests to reschedule an appointment without specifying a new time, the AI assistant asks for the missing details, checks availability, and suggests alternatives when needed.

The appointment is only updated after the user confirms the new details. This helps prevent scheduling mistakes and unintended changes.
