• How does the job matching handle must-haves expressed in different words or implied by context, and can recruiters review why a requirement was marked as evidenced?

  ATS Engine reads each advert and separates the must-haves from the nice-to-haves, then checks every requirement against the candidate’s CV. It matches the requirement where it appears in different wording or as related experience, not only the exact phrase, and it grades how well each one is evidenced, from not found through to backed by a real, measurable result.

  It doesn’t assume a skill from context alone. If a requirement isn’t supported by what the candidate has written, it’s shown as a gap rather than guessed. Candidates can close that gap by adding a confirmed example.

  And yes, recruiters can see why. Each match comes with a breakdown showing which requirements were met, how strongly, and the experience they were matched to, so the score can always be checked rather than taken on trust.
