Wayfinding Planner is purpose-built signage planning software for wayfinding designers, signage consultants, architects, facility managers, and environmental graphic design teams.

Import a 2D floor plan, model pedestrian routes as a path network, place destinations and signs, and automatically generate route-aware directional messages. When routes, destinations, sign locations, orientations, or sign types change, related messages update automatically, keeping the project consistent while you test and refine alternative wayfinding strategies.

A project-wide Destination Dictionary, configurable multi-face sign types, capacity-aware message generation, and visual inspection tools help teams control what is signed, where, and why.

Export Sign Location Plans as PDF or SVG, and Message Schedules and Sign Type Schedules (BoQ) as CSV.

Available for macOS, Windows, and the web.
