Loamio is water district and ditch administration software built for irrigation districts and mutual ditch companies. It replaces the spreadsheet-and-paper run sheet workflow with one system for water orders, ditch rider routes, delivery logging, share-based assessments, and patron billing.

Ditch riders work in an offline-first mobile PWA that syncs when they return to coverage — start and end deliveries in the field, capture headgate and turnout readings, and follow map-based routes. Secretaries and boards run the office side: shareholder and parcel records, share-based ledger, assessment invoicing, Stripe-integrated patron payments, audit logs, CSV exports, and district maps with permanent headgate, turnout, and lateral geometry.

Built on AWS with tenant-isolated PostgreSQL, encrypted storage, and a modern cloud architecture. Designed around Western water — prior appropriation, share ledgers, and the regulatory reporting cycle — not generic "water utility" software.
